Where do you ship from?
Casheey (operated by CAYLET LLC) utilizes a network of fulfillment centers across the United States to ensure fast delivery. International orders may be shipped from our global distribution hubs depending on stock availability.
Can I change my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to change your address or items, please contact support@casheey.com within 12 hours. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make changes.
How can I correct my shipping address?
If the order has not been shipped/assigned a tracking number, you can update the "Modify Shipping Address" shipping address.
