ORDER & ACCOUNT

Can I change or modify my order?

If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order items, please contact us immediately at support@casheey.com. We can usually modify orders within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment center, we are unable to make changes.

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

Confirmation emails are sent automatically. If you haven’t received yours, please checks your Spam/Junk folder. It’s also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly. Please contact support to verify.

Why are prices here different from your Amazon store?

As a direct-to-consumer brand, buying directly from Casheey.com allows us to pass the savings on to you. While our products on Amazon are identical in quality, our official site often features exclusive bundles and better pricing since we avoid third-party marketplace fees.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship from?

Casheey (operated by CAYLET LLC) utilizes a network of fulfillment centers to ensure fastest delivery. Most US orders are shipped directly from our domestic logistics partners. International orders may be shipped from our global distribution hubs depending on stock availability.

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

For US orders, there are no customs duties. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied by their local regulations. CAYLET LLC is not responsible for these additional charges.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Items in new, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact our corporate support team at aiden@caylet.com (or support@casheey.com) with your Order Number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address.

*Please DO NOT return items to the address on the package without contacting us first, as it may be a distribution center that does not accept returns.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include incorrect billing address (AVS mismatch) or bank security flags. We recommend checking your billing details or trying a different payment method like PayPal.
