SHIPPING POLICY

Casheey (operated by CAYLET LLC) is dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and affordably as possible. We offer a range of delivery options to cater to your needs.

SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with major carriers (USPS, DHL, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (if available)

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Casheey (CAYLET LLC) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

For international orders, please check with your local customs office before placing an order to understand the potential costs.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

CAYLET LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

However, we value our customers. If your package is lost, please contact us at aiden@caylet.com and we will do our best to assist you in locating the package or arranging a replacement.

SECTION 6 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

All transactions are processed in USD. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate that is outside of our control.
