REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Casheey (operated by CAYLET LLC), we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
SECTION 1 - RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" cannot be returned.
SECTION 2 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at aiden@caylet.com (or support@casheey.com) with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return address.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our corporate office without prior confirmation. - Pack the item securely and include your proof of purchase inside the package.
SECTION 3 - REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
SECTION 4 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING COSTS
Unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if a pre-paid label was provided).
SECTION 6 - EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at aiden@caylet.com.
SECTION 7 - CORPORATE ADDRESS
