Warranty Policy

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Casheey (a signature brand operated by CAYLET LLC), we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that meet rigorous standards.

SECTION 1 - WARRANTY COVERAGE

CAYLET LLC warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at our option, we will either:

  1. Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or
  2. Exchange the product with a new product that is functionally equivalent to the original.

SECTION 2 - WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper use, abuse, negligence, or accidents (e.g., drops, spills, scratches);
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., leather aging, creases, natural fading);
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, or water;
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers.

Any disassembly or repair done by unauthorized persons will immediately void this warranty.

SECTION 3 - HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.

Please email our support team at aiden@caylet.com (or support@casheey.com) with the following information:

  • Your original Order Number;
  • A detailed description of the issue;
  • Photos or video evidence of the defect.

Note: Do not return any products to our corporate address in Wyoming without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAYLET LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
